What Does Business Auto Insurance Cover?

Business Auto covers the auto liability and material damage for all of the vehicles owned and used by the business.  You can add as many vehicles as you need onto this policy and determine whether you need liability only coverage or comprehensive and collsion coverage for each of the listed vehicles.  Coverage for custom equipment and modifications can be added for vehicles.  Loss of use (rental car) can be added for any privatre passenger type vehicles.  Personal auto policies usually will exclude coverage for an accident if an employee was driving or if it used as a commercial vehicle.  Personal auto policie also exclude coverage for any non-passenger type vehicle or vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of over 10,000 pounds.
